In addition to being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, I am also a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators and a panellist at many arbitration centres including China International Economic Trade and Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). I am a member of the LCIA and have conducted LCIA arbitrations.

I have conducted many Arbitrations under Civil Law in a wide range of commercial disputes.

In addition to conducting arbitrations in England and Hong Kong, I have also conducted arbitrations in USA, Australia, France, Switzerland, Malaysia, Korea, Laos, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Dubai and China.

Since January 1995 I have been in full time practice as an arbitrator.
